OBJECTIVE

This is a 3 day program to provide and validate the knowledge, understanding and practical expertise to implement, maintain and monitor excellent food hygiene procedures.

ASSESMENTS

Candidates are required to sit for 2 hour examination of multiple choice on the last day of courses in order to achieve a certificate of level 3.
